Refund Policy

Refund policy

Returns-  We have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive the item(s). We do not take returns on any jewelry, bows, hair accessories or cups for hygienic purposes. Any items that are dirty or smell of smoke will not be eligible for a return. Shoes must be unworn as well. Please email hawktotllc@gmail.com for assistance with returns. 

Damaged Items-   If you feel your item may be damaged, please email invoice/order number, name, contact information and a picture/description of the issue to hawktotllc@gmail.com. We will return your email within 48 hours. 

Bleached Items- Please keep in my mind it is impossible to make bleached items identical. While we strive to do our best, they may be different than the original picture. Any complaints, please email us. 

Clearance/Sale Items-   All sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If your item is damaged, please contact Alex at hawktotllc@gmail.com.
